Writ Anew

A fiction chapbook of my retellings of three stories from the Holy Bible, all centered around ideas of evil and wickedness.

“To Board the Ark” follows Noella, a sister of one of Noah’s daughters-in-law,

as she attempts to stay with her sister despite the impending cleansing of the earth.

“The Son of Job” tells the story of the final days before Job’s children were killed

as part of Job’s test of faith.

“Stained With Innocent Blood” describes Judas Iscariot’s mind when

he decided to betray Jesus Christ.
